Enjoy the Holiday Season in Coeur d’Alene!

It’s finally the happiest season of all! It’s time to savor delicious hot cocoa and be delighted by beautiful light displays adorning Coeur d’Alene. 

In order to spread the holiday cheer, I’ve put together a top 5 list of events and celebrations to enjoy this month in Coeur d’Alene and nearby cities. Rejoice in all the festive activities!

  1. Wallace Hometown Holidays Celebration

Historic Wallace Idaho sure knows how to celebrate the Holiday season! The Wallace Idaho Chamber has planned two festive event-packed weekends. 

The planned activities include caroling, bell-ringing, hayrides, light parades, local merchant market, ornament making and painting, Christmas movies, hair braiding, gift bag decorating, letter writing for Santa, fuzzy tree-making, crafts for adults & much more. So much to look forward to! 

  1. Rathdrum Holiday Craft Fair 

Only a half-hour drive from Coeur d’Alene in the City of Rathdrum, Rathdrum Holiday Craft Fair is a wonderful initiative encouraging shopping goods from local artisans. 

The event has three locations and features over 40 vendors. Support local merchants and give your loved ones handcrafted gifts they’ll cherish and love! 

  1. CdA Makers Holiday Market

Another holiday market, this time on the shore of Lake Coeur d’Alene. The right place to complete your holiday shopping and get a little extra something for yourself. 

The CdA Makers Holiday Market features local makers and handmade products including food, decor, jewelry, soaps & more!

  1. Santa Claus at Cabela’s

Santa Claus at Cabela’s is the perfect magical experience for the young ones this holiday season. They’ll get to talk to Santa, take pictures with him, mail letters to the North Pole. They’ll also be provided a free take-home holiday craft activity kits while supplies last.
